FACILITY CLEANING

No matter your frequency, we can adapt our schedule to fit your custodial needs. We understand the value of a clean and healthy building and the role it plays with your staff and visitors. EDUCATION

AMS currently works with local private and public schools to help meet their budgetary constraints. We offer day porter and after hour services. All employees will meet the state guidelines prior to placement in educational facilities. In addition, AMS also provides "Wood Gym Floor Restorative Services".

DAY PORTER

Day Porters are available to provide services during your operational hours. We train our staff to work in the presence of your staff and the visitors to your facility. Services such as: Trash Removal, Stocking of Consumable Supplies (i.e. towels, tissue, hand soap, trash can liners, etc.), Spot cleaning of Restrooms and Floors.

AQUATEK POWER WASHING DIVISION

AquaTek, a Division of AMS, can provide: Pressure Washing Equipment Sales and associated Parts & Chemistry, as well as Repairs of most Pressure Washing makes and models. Repairs can be done at your facility or here in our Service Center.
