Electrolytic Technology

Electrolytic Cleaning Technology is designed conceptually around the properties of "magnetism". When picking up metal shavings, one would simply place a magnet above and immediately, the shavings would be attracted to the magnet due to the balance of neutral charges. If you were to try to push the positive ends of a magnet together, they would simply repel one another. Therefore, the rules of the magnet apply closely to the functions of Electrolytic Technology. So when cleaning, it is crucial to not just apply any conventional chemical to remove soil. It is necessary to use a chemical that operates at low pH levels and brings the surface back to its original/neutral balanced equilibrium just as a magnet operates. Only then will your surfaces (floors, carpets, upholstery laundry, dishes) stay cleaner for prolonged periods of time without damages or dulling of any kind. We utilizes ECT within many of its cleaner formulations which helps to remove both positive and negative ionic charged soil particles from surfaces by detaching them without the need for highly alkaline, caustic builders or solvents. ECT is a substance usually in a solution that will transmit an electric current by the formation of ions. Electrolytic surfactants do not rely on pH to clean. Therefore when using Ultra Chem Labs, pH is irrelevant which contributes to the cleaners being safer for the environment, the public, user and for the value of the home, business or facility.

Selective Implosion

Think of stripping the conventional much like the way buildings are demolished. The old fashioned way requires a large crane to slowly demolish the structure from the top to bottom of the building. So layer by layer, the structure is slowly demolished. Overall, this method is slow, inefficient and simply old fashioned. Therefore, in order to revolutionize floor care management, we have developed a truly amazing technology. 'Selective Chemical Implosion Technology'. Conceptually, we can compare this to highly trained demolition experts who identify the key structural support points of a building. After the identification is complete, the experts than place small highly explosive charges in these strategic locations. Once the explosives are set off, the structure is easily brought down in a safe, spectacular, instantaneous implosion. Similar to the conceptual example of the demolitions expert, our stripper breaks the molecular locks and structure of the floor finish by strategically 'imploding' them. Once the finish is imploded, the finish is not slippery as is common with most conventional strippers. Additionally, due to its selective implosion technology, the emulsified film becomes loose and as a result, the only task left to do is simply to remove the 'rubble'. This Stripper is also a catalyst which creates a micro foam when impacted between a floor and an abrasive pad or brush. This catalyst is formed once the selective implosion has occurred. This prevents aggressive stripping pads and brushes from making unnecessary direct contact with unprotected floors. Therefore, the micro foam serves as a buffer to help the pad or brush to simply glide over the floor. And once the micro foam has been activated, it's physical presence is obviously noticeable by the user which provides as an indicator to conveniently move onto another part of the floor.

Styrene Free Polymer

Our finishes have synthesized a revolutionary Non-Styrene Polymer technology that builds a protective coating over the substrate and is totally compatible with all old and newly developed substrates. These environmentally conscious polymers are perfectly balanced and tough which as a result does not cause the finish to walk away or powder off. This diamond like toughness and improved durability is related to the flexibility, pliability and an incredibly high strength in the polymers. This performance is kept up with our superior technology without possessing harsh or toxic chemicals known to be in conventional styrene floor finishes. In addition, the non-styrene polymer technology also contains UV blockers which prevent any possibility of discoloration. Problem and worn areas can also be easily maintained and refinished without any physical distortion, time consuming procedures and high labor costs.

Bottom Up Drying

These finishes have a very unique technology built in. We call it bottom-up drying technology speeds up the drying and curing time of the finish and seals by an almost incomprehensible amount compared to conventional products. This technology is unmatched by any conventional system which possesses two very special qualities exclusive to the our Floor Care System.

Besides slight adjustments in air movement and humidity, bottom up drying finishes and sealers completely dries within 5 to 10 minutes as opposed to the conventional dry and curing time of 24-48 hours. This rapidly fast bottom up drying technology provides the users to apply and even burnish multiple coats to achieve even greater aesthetic beauty, strength and durability on their valuable floors. Clearly, our technology is unmatched. Additionally, this technology allows the finishes and sealer to dry from the 'bottom up' which allows the coatings to dry and cure almost immediately from the bottom up which completely contrasts from the conventional top down drying floor finish. Therefore within 5-10 minutes, this technology permits the user to walk on the floor in order to make easy repairs to the finish.

Food Grade Neutralizer

This unique technology is used in both our Floor Care and Carpet Care Systems. It is our Food Grade Neutralizing technology. This made with a unique blend of special, highly effective, environmentally conscious food grade acids. For floors, this technology neutralizers and prepares hard and resilient floors after stripping for proper adhesion of our sealers and finishes. It also chemically returns grout conditions back to its former resiliency which is a feature conventional chemicals have never been able to achieve.For carpets, This technology assists the extraction process by removing residual waste left behind from conventional carpet cleaning chemicals. As a result, fumes and offensive odors left behind from old and decaying chemicals are completely removed leaving spaces healthier and pleasant for the general public. This vital component of our neutralizer technology provides carpets and floors the ability to return to its original resiliency. In addition, our Neutralizer can also be mixed in with our carpet cleaners which save on labor and time costs.

NO GIMMICKS WITH SIMIX™-THE PRODUCTS JUST WORK!

The Technology Behind Simix Reactive Solutions Self Cleaning NP Technology Organic Matter Oxidization Utilizing TiO2 Nano Particles as the Catalyst in Simix's Reactive Cured Ceramic Surface Treatment Titanium Dioxide ( TiO2) while absorbing Ultra Violet Light (UV) in the presence of Water/Vapor Molecules (H2O) and Oxygen converts the H2O into Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) that will destroy Organic Compounds without destroying the TiO2, which itself remains unchanged. In essence with the addition of the TiO2 into the Reactive Cured Ceramic Surface Treatment, we have created a Permanent Oxidizing Generator that only needs UV Light to continue to work providing Oxygen and Water/Water Vapor comes in contact with the surface of the TiO2. Organic compounds are broken down into Carbon Dioxide and Water while the Nitrogen Oxides, which are emitted in the burning of fossil fuels and create smog when combined with volatile organic compounds, yield Nitrate Salts.

To date, this technology has not been economically commercialized for building materials applications for several reasons. First, up and until a few years ago, the producers of TiO2 were only able to make Micron and Macro size particles. It is only recently that very small or Nano size particles have been available. Key here is that each particle regardless of size can only create so much activity or catalytic effect, therefore if you could have 20 particles in the same area where you once had just one large particle you will now have 20 times more activity. Second, if you want this process to work at the interface and on the surface of the Surface Treatment/Coating, you needed to suspend these particles in an Inorganic Clear Coating that would not be destroyed by the process that will be destroying the Organic Matter. Third, you had to figure out how to make a coating that would bond to the substrate and allow Water/Water Vapor and Oxygen to come in contact with the TiO2. Have you ever walked into an airport, hotel hallway or room, and smelt a dingy humid scent because the carpet had been recently cleaned and over-wet? Did you see a number of fans blowing on the floor? Was the carpet truly clean or was it still gray and dull in appearance? Are these signs of a healthy, clean, and safe environment?

The HOS system was designed in mind to support a healthy indoor environment. Carpets will simply be clean, vibrant in color, and dry within minutes. The system will eliminate the most common problems caused by other cleaning methods that lead to mold growth, mildew, volatile organic compounds (VOC), insufficient drying times, recurring stains, and safety hazards.

HOS' unique low-moisture system uses 10 times less the amount of water opposed to other water extraction methods. Therefore, over-wet carpets will never be an issue. The problems associated with over-wet carpets are intensified in a heavily used setting. Over-wet carpets require longer drying times. This can cause large sections of a building to be blocked off for extended periods of time. Especially in a school, hospital, or commercial building this can lead to serious safety issues. People walking from a wet or damp carpet directly onto a hard-surface floor can slip or fall. Also, wet carpets that are walked on will almost always resoil more quickly. This is because the chemicals and moisture act as a magnet, pulling dirt and debris into the carpet fibers. Of much greater concern, the long drying time increases the likelihood that mold and mildew will develop, seriously jeopardizing indoor air quality and potentially harming occupant health. With longer drying times, and if traditional carpet cleaning chemicals are used, there is a greater possibility that gases and volatile organic compounds will be released into the air. This can cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems, especially for young children.

Simply put, what falls to the floor like common dust, pollutants and many things that we breathe, tends to stay on the floor until it is cleaned. Properly maintaining the cleanliness of the floors by using the HOS low-moisture system will lead to improved air quality and a healthier indoor environment that can be seen, smelt, and felt to believe.
