We are looking for an ambitious and passionate person to join our team of professionals. As a solutions consultant, you will be selling cleaning technologies, power washing systems, and building maintenance services under our umbrella of companies. You will be acquiring, managing and growing a specific territory with the knowledge of overcoming obstacles and challenges. It will be your job to extract the right information from the prospect and deliver a better solution.

Position Duties
Responsible for increasing sales within existing accounts, developing new business through target accounts, and personal and professional growth and development. Create a business plan for developing new business and increasing existing business. Responsible for overall gross margin results. Manage business activity and development through company required software programs. Manage credit issues as they apply to accounts that are past due. Participate in company-sponsored promotions and new product introduction.
Desired Skills & Experience
PA driver's license and personal vehicle. Ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers and division personnel. Previous sales or customer service experience.Strong interpersonal, selling, and presentation skills. Training abilities to enhance customer knowledge. Ability to work independently and build strong relationships effective written and verbal communication skills. Janitorial supply or related industry experience preferred. Ability to learn and utilize CRM and Salespro software program.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's Degree preferred
